How can people be held accountable to God when they have never heard the Bible? How do people know that there is a God?

"For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:" (Romans 1:20)

God has made Himself known through creation and conscience. We call this general revelation because it is available to everyone from the moment that they are born. God has revealed Himself through His creation and through His law written on our hearts.
